Earlier this month, the Frost team had the incredible opportunity to exhibit at Decorex Cape Town 2025, held at the CTICC from 5–8 June. With over 24,000 visitors in attendance over the four-day design showcase, it was a vibrant and inspiring event. It was a perfect platform to share the spirit of adventure, photography tour opportunities and the artistry that lies at the heart of FROST Photo Tours.
Twenty powerful photographic prints by FROST Photo Tours Founder Kirsten Frost were on display, each capturing breathtaking moments from destinations we travel to on our photographic tours- including Kenya, Namibia, Ethiopia, and West Africa, to name just a few. These images reflected the essence of what we do: connecting travelers with wild landscapes, rare wildlife, and the extraordinary cultures of remote places.
From the soft, tender moment of a giraffe mother and baby, to the striking composition of the award-winning elephant foot, and the powerful portrait of a Suri girl from Ethiopia’s Omo Valley, each piece told a story. These standout images captured the attention of many and sparked meaningful conversations around nature photography, the value of cultural storytelling, and the thrill of exploring the world on safari with a camera in hand.
Both Kirsten Frost and Petya Bartosch were present at the show, engaging with art lovers, design enthusiasts, and prospective travelers alike. It was a wonderful chance to share insights into past photographic tours and offer a glimpse into the upcoming journeys we have planned across Africa and beyond.
For those looking to take home a piece of the adventure, limited edition prints were available for purchase, allowing visitors to own a unique piece of Frost’s photographic vision.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our trusted printing partner, Studio22, whose expert printing and framing services brought these images to life with exceptional quality. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional fine art printing or framing solutions.
The response at Decorex was deeply encouraging and reaffirmed our belief that powerful imagery has the ability to connect people to the wild, inspire future adventures, and celebrate the beauty of distant cultures. We’re excited about what lies ahead, and we hope to see some of the faces we met at the show joining us on a photographic tour soon.
